mushroom drink

i am not really sure how to use this product.
if anyone could give me suggestions?
i was looking to replace a om mushroom powder drink energy yerba mate lions mane cordyceps combination. i put that in water and shook it.

We recommend bringing 8oz of water to a boil, pour the water over 1 - 2tbsp yerba mate and allow to seep, then strain the yerba mate leaves out. It is delicious warm or cold.
