It is sweet tasting tincture that adds moisture to my skin and that I use mainly to help lubricate my joints. I think it is the mushroom equivalent of hyaluronic acid. Our family pretty much uses all of the various Haashrooms tinctures. I have been to farm and have seen the quality and care that is invested in the production process. You will not regret trying it.

Seems like a high quality, fresh product. I have used Reishi mushroom to help keep my cancer in remission for 6 years. Whether it is Reishi or luck I am still in remission.
